Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cushydeco.com or via our contact form. Please include your order number and a description of the issue or the reason for the return.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Sale or Promotional Items
Items on sale or purchased during a promotion are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for our products (if they are eligible for returns). If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at info@cushydeco.com. We also replace any items that arrive defective or damaged.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the return of your item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
